Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using Peekwe, your responsibilities as a user, and the ways Peekwe may protect the service and community.

Using Peekwe

You agree to use Peekwe in a lawful, respectful, and safe way. You are responsible for complying with local law and for using the service only in ways allowed by these terms.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the posts, comments, messages, media, and other content you publish or submit through Peekwe. You should only upload content you have the right to share.

Hidden posts and relevant people

Peekwe allows users to create hidden posts using “I need help” and “I can help”. These posts are not displayed publicly in the main feed, and Peekwe may use them to recommend relevant people and help users form suitable connections.

Peekwe is not a classifieds site, marketplace, employment agency, real estate or vehicle sales platform, intermediary, payment system, service provider, guarantor, or party to user transactions. Peekwe is not responsible for discussions, messages, offers, agreements, services, payments, deliveries, work relationships, meetings, appointments, sales, purchases, or disputes between users.

Peekwe does not guarantee any user’s identity, expertise, service quality, payment collection, safety, delivery, outcome of any agreement, or the accuracy of information shared by users. Users are responsible for their own posts, messages, agreements, and relationships with third parties. Before any payment, service, meeting, or agreement, users must make their own safety checks and legal or financial evaluation.

Suspicious content may be reported. Peekwe may remove, hide, restrict, or limit access to content or accounts that appear to violate the rules, create risk, mislead users, break the law, threaten user safety, or abuse the hidden post system.

  • Fraud, deceptive promises, fake earnings claims, or guaranteed income claims
  • Illegal products or services
  • Weapons, drugs, dangerous substances, fake documents, gambling, betting, or illegal trade
  • Investment advice, guaranteed returns, lending or borrowing offers, or manipulative profit schemes
  • Unauthorized or misleading claims about medical, treatment, legal, or professional services
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual exploitation, or child safety violations
  • Spam, bots, automation, fake accounts, deceptive profiles, or manipulation
  • Direct real estate, vehicle, or product listings, or marketplace-style use beyond Peekwe’s social discovery purpose

Prohibited content and behavior

Do not use Peekwe for harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, spam, illegal content, impersonation, deceptive activity, or any attempt to harm users, the product, or related systems.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share verification codes, passwords, or access tokens. If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

Moderation and enforcement

Peekwe may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or take other moderation actions when content or behavior appears to violate these terms, harm users, create legal risk, or abuse the platform.

Service changes

Peekwe may change, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, features, or policies over time. We may also apply technical limits or temporary restrictions to keep the service stable and secure.

Limitation of liability

Peekwe is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Peekwe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user content, downtime, third-party service issues, or unauthorized access attempts.
